Hannah's Birthday

We started the day out by letting Hannah open her presents. She got a tent, a baby stroller and a new baby(that makes real noises) and some extra bottles(the ones with milk and juice that disappear as they drink) for the baby. Then Hannah blew out her candles on her donut, then we were out the door to go down to Colorado Springs to visit Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. This zoo is pretty awesome! It's literally on the side of the mountain so it's a lot of uphill walking. Hannah did so good. She wanted to walk and walked almost the entire thing which is about 3 hours worth. All the animals are a lot closer at CMZ than at a regular zoo. Most of the animals were only about 5 feet from us, right in the action baby! The highlight of the trip was being able to get so close to the giraffes and to feed them. They are just so cute! Hannah always has fun with animals so I knew she would have a blast there. They also have fun area for the kids to run around it's called 'My Big Backyard'. They had big fish (that Hannah kept trying to touch), goats, bunnies, face painting, guinea pigs and sprinklers to cool down. Here are some pictures from our fun day. Hannah makes friends everywhere she goes
