Let the countdown begin
Well it's official Mackenzie Lee Redfearn will be here on March 29 if not before. I talked to the Dr. yesterday and she said that if she doesn't come on her own by March 29(which is my actual due date) we will do a c-section that morning, unless I'm dilated to a 2 or 3 then they will pop my water and see if I can do it on my own. She said that since I have a history of not progressing during labor my best bet for delivery would be a c-section if my body hasn't started on it's own by that morning. I do want to try and deliver on my own but we will see, if she's anything like Hannah I might be having another c-section. We are pretty excited! The end is in site, I know that I only have 10 more weeks left and that's it!!

The time is really coming up! With both my labors, my water broke but my contractions wouldn't get going. I had to get pitocin both times. They were talking about doing a c-section with Isabel while I was in labor, but everything worked out and she came out on her own! I hope everything works out for your labor too!

ReplyDeleteI love the end...and hate it :) I love being pregnant, but by the last 2 weeks, I am ready for it to be over so I can meet the new little family member!!! I'm sooo excited for you! Hang in there. Oh, and Hannah is looking so much older! She looks a lot like her pretty mommy!
