Easter

We had such a good Easter weekend. Saturday we went to a little Easter egg hunt for Hannah. It was really crowded with not enough eggs for everyone so people were climbing over everyone to get to the eggs and candy. It was a mad house! Hannah just stood there she wasn't sure what to think, she had a scared look on her face, so I got down on the ground and got some goodies for her. She ended up not getting any eggs, but a lady with her little boy that was older than Hannah, saw that she didn't have any eggs in her basket and gave us a couple from their basket. I was so grateful that someone shared and made Hannah's day a little brighter. Then we spent the rest of the day with family roasting marshmellows for smores, dying Easter eggs and eating green pancakes! On Sunday morning we gave Hannah her Easter basket, I'm sure she didn't know why she was getting it, but she was pretty happy to have it! Then we went to church and I was able to sit and listen to the talks and remember why we celebrate Easter. I am so grateful that our older brother and our Savior died for us, so that we can repent, so that someday we can live with Him and Father again. After church we went to Nana and Papa's house for a real egg hunt and a delicious Easter dinner.
