Q-tips, Ellipticals and Coconut Bras!!

So I'm sure you are wondering what the 3 things in the title have to do with each other and the answer is absolutely nothing. I've been kind of busy and haven't had time to update our blog. So Friday night we went to my brother in law Trent's birthday party and since he turned 30 this year Courtney threw a Hawaiian style birthday bash. Courtney was going to have all the guys put on coconut bras and grass skirts to see who could hula better. Well none of the guys wanted to do this...none except my husband! Leave it to Ross right? The picture is below. Courtney has the really good pictures of Ross with his whole getup on, I just have him putting on the bra. I'll have to post pictures of that later when I get them from her.

Last Monday we bought an elliptical. I told Ross that I really needed something to work out on or buy a membership to a gym or something. So we looked at and compared ellipticals with different places and bought a rather cheap one for $400. Well we didn't start putting it together until this last Saturday. Ross worked on this thing for several hours and had all sorts of problems with it. To make a long story short Ross was almost done putting it together when he noticed that they had given us two left pedals. We ended up taking it back and got our money back for it. I look at this whole thing as a blessing because we bought something that was a lot of money to us when we really didn't have the money to spend on it in the first place. But I did end up buying turbo jam after researching it and it looks like a lot of fun and it's $350 cheaper than an elliptical! Can't beat that! (there are pictures below that are of Hannah helping Daddy put the machine together...it was very cute!)

This morning after I gave Hannah a bath I got in the shower. I heard Hannah come into the bathroom but then she left. I never heard her come back in and I never heard her get into anything. After I got out of the shower I went to check on her to see if she was doing okay and there were Q-tips everywhere! All of the living room floor, on the couch, under the couch on the book case & in the corners. Our little Angel knows how to be very sneaky and very quiet. Those Q-tips were under the sink where I was and I had no idea she had gotten into them. So I got the camera out and Hannah is sitting in the corner with a handful of Q-tips smiling and then she says "cheese" with a huge smile on her face. She knows that she is just too cute!
